Where is the help when you need it?

My Dad is older and forgetful. He had to get a new phone and email address. Spotify has no customer service and so we are unable to find help in recovering his account. He is charged each month without the ability to listen. This is so frustrating. There is no number to call. No text message support. Not even an email response. I will be cancelling my family plan if this does not get resolved quickly!
