May 2022 visit to DWWith great sadness I report that Disney has lost it's magic. We have been to Disney many times and own DVC. We purchased DVC many years ago when our girls were young and have many happy vacation memories. The last two times we went have been disappointing and frustrating. The costs are going up so much it is painful and Disney keeps removing some of the perks (free magic bands, Disney transportation to and from airport, fast pass, etc.). Our favorite buffet dinner at Cape May Cafe has now started charing an additional $30/lb for snow crab legs and is no longer included in the per person cost. Since they started charging $15/day/person for fast passes, the lines for standby have become much longer as they prioritize fast pass guests. If/when more people pay the extra, I can see this will be an even longer wait. They have priced the average family out of the market. Probably the final nail in the coffin is when Disney decided to wade into politics, where they do not belong. Disney used to cater to children and their families. Children should not have to learn about complex topics that are not appropriate for them. My girls are grown, but I would have had a hard time explaining why the male Haunted Mansion CM was wearing a dress and still supporting our beliefs. It is clear that Disney policies align with whatever makes them the most profit, abandoning any principles they once had. This review and others like it will be ignored until Disney starts losing money.

They are money making, I booked 2 Family rooms. Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel, Even sent the death certificate. They refused to refund me. Cancelled my booking, then refused to reinstate even though it is fully paid for!! I will never use them again neither will my family or friends.

My Dad is older and forgetful. He had to get a new phone and email address. Spotify has no customer service and so we are unable to find help in recovering his account. He is charged each month without the ability to listen. This is so frustrating. There is no number to call. No text message support. Not even an email response. I will be cancelling my family plan if this does not get resolved quickly!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7+ almost a year ago and the pen tip broke about 3 months into using it. I requested a new pen and have been waiting 7 months for the new pen. First it was the shortage of supplies (at this time they were selling that pen online still so a shortage doesn't seem truthful), then they let me know they are sending a new pen but no email is ever sent (they have my email on file). I then call about this and apparently they sent it to an incorrect address (one I am not associated with). When I let them know this, they apologize and create a new ticket. At this time I have about 4-5 tickets open and every call leads to a new ticket. Then they let me know they would escalate the ticket and to call back in 24-48 hours. Which is today 12/1/2022. After calling about the update they inform me the time to request a new SPen has elapsed and I would have to be transferred to a new department. I have wasted about 10 hours of my life trying to get a new pen that was covered under the original warranty. Their products are great, but if one every breaks good luck getting them to take responsibility. Their customer service is the worst one I have ever dealt with and at no point doesn't it feel like I'm making progress in getting my issue resolved. Each call feels like it's a copy/paste response to frustrate you into giving up. Never going to buy another tablet from them again, feels like a scam at this point. The SPen nibs are cheap and WILL BREAK in less than a few months from both my experience and what I've read online. I did not write every instance of communication with Samsung customer service to avoid an even longer review.

After I put in my credit card details for the free trial for PRO, they immediately charged me for a full year and tacked on an additional full year of an unrelated subscription (Musescore Learn) that I never even asked about. They also will not refund. Super dishonest business practices.
