Lost job due to covid and needed a refund

I just lost my job due to covid and I have bills to pay and won't hear about my Universal credit application til next month so I tried to cancel my Premium account but mush have done it wrong because I was charged again. It took minutes to go through the little questions section and I was put through to an advisor (Keroy M) and within 2 minutes they have processed a refund for me. I've had some pretty terrible customer service experiences recently which has been a lot of extra stress on top of other things but this was a great experience and I was so pleased and relieved with the outcome and how easy the whole process was. Will definitely be going back to premium once I have another job and would recommend their customer service to anyone. Brilliant, thank you.
