Spent over several hundred pounds in good faith on 3 sets for Christmas, which were cancelled, and now the money is in limbo, unable to be spent, with time running out before Xmas day.I note other people saying the 40% offer voucher wasn't supposed to be valid, yet I fail to see how or why that is the case when a lot of shops offer heavy discounts at this time of the year, and Lego has become something of a luxury purchase only the elite few can afford. A little bit of goodwill over the holiday period is a natural assumption. As something of an avid collector who has spent £1000s on the hobby I'm shocked at Lego's conduct on the matter.

Over the years I have backed quite a few projects and was content with most. I am still waiting to get my rewards for three projects, but all these people have communicated well and are well known on social media so I am certain that they will deliver.But know that Kickstarter will do nothing if a project doesn't deliver even though it was funded and took your money (I've had one case which was seven years ago - before they even had a funded project where they delivered). You won't get a reward and your money is lost. Sadly, it's your own risk if you decide to back a project - please choose wisely.

I've used many git repo hosting sites in the past and I gotta say I always like using GitHub the most. It's easy to use, has a lot of functionality and is well integrated into a lot of software I use on a daily basis. The only problem I have is that it's not open source, but you can't have everything and frankly, not a single one of these sites that is pleasant to use is.

Two stars because they actually did deliver and install the washer and dryer we purchased. We also splurged on the $500+ pedestals, which the delivery team would not install because it wasn't listed on the work order. Spouse called and scheduled to have them done since we aren't able to lift a >200 pound washing machine onto the pedestal bases. Oh sure, our fault you say, we will just schedule this during a time-frame you specifically said you weren't available. Called customer service, who can only offer an appointment >10 days from now. "Customer service" can only read from a script and put you on hold while they pretend to "look for a supervisor." Where is the supervisor hiding? I am befuddled when corporations spend more time and money deflecting and defending than just empowering employees to actually provide the paid-for service. Please stop insulting your customers by insisting that your call-center read ridiculous and time-consuming scripts....I know, I know, the more of my time you waste by putting me on hold, the more likely I am to abandon the call, and abandon any attempts to get what I paid for. We gave you thousands of dollars on 12/2/24, and you aren't willing to attempt resolution until 1/11/25. As I type this, your "customer service supervisor" hung up on my spouse. Excellent.

Been using it since way before Musk bought it, mainly to keep up with musicians on their new album releases as they'd generally post on twitter first (yes, it's always going to be twitter). What the poorly educated "free speech" absolutionists don't seem to understand is that humans as a species NEED defined boundaries such as free speech, in the same way that you're free to murder someone, but will be imprisoned if you're caught, so is the same with speech, you're free to say what you like, but there are consequences if it harms another, or worse if you use your power or position of responsibility to falsely control others through lies. This has always been the case and for damn good reason. Twitter is now a cesspool, nazism is common place on there, when reporting accounts with swastika's, you just get the automated response they've done nothing wrong. But try and type the word "Cis" and you'll be temp banned. It's a joke, it's funnelling far right horrific lies and hatred, it's nothing to do with free speech in any way, millions are being silenced daily if they stand up for equal rights, or you know, basic common decency. People like Andrew Tate and Tommy Robinson are now flavour of the month, abject racism, sexism, it's absolutely horrific. Musk is a traitor to humanity, follow the money, find out why he paid 4 times its valuation, obviously not a good business decision! So obvious he just wanted control over such a global social media site

Was in a mad rush organising an event so paid for an upgrade to get more responses to the next plan level without reading the cost. 500 Euros. Unreal pricing, dodgy business practice. Never using again and advise everyone to stay away.

I just lost my job due to covid and I have bills to pay and won't hear about my Universal credit application til next month so I tried to cancel my Premium account but mush have done it wrong because I was charged again. It took minutes to go through the little questions section and I was put through to an advisor (Keroy M) and within 2 minutes they have processed a refund for me. I've had some pretty terrible customer service experiences recently which has been a lot of extra stress on top of other things but this was a great experience and I was so pleased and relieved with the outcome and how easy the whole process was. Will definitely be going back to premium once I have another job and would recommend their customer service to anyone. Brilliant, thank you.

I have used boot camp and virtual box for quite a while. Each of which has its specific challenges. Parallels is by far the best option that removes all of the barriers experienced with the other options. The integration is seamless and i sometimes forget that i am not on my mac desktop.

I do not understand your company and it’s business practices. First you send my business a card application it states using the company EN number which through Dunn and Bradstreet has a 88 credit score which I’ve been told is very good. No you don’t use that on the application you use a personal ssn ? I use my credit cards because I’m a business owner . Turned down because I use my credit cards to 50% which in turn hurts my score even though I haven’t been late on a payment in many years . Second same is true with my American Express Gold card . I have never missed a payment and continue to use it close to it’s limits and pay in close to or fully off each month. Unfortunately your company continues to decline raising my credit limit without any reason especially in light of my treatment of your card that I do carry . American Express is a joke there is nothing AMARICAN about not taking a small chance with a company that has good credit standing or not increasing credit limits with someone that has for years never been late and has continually paid off his card on a monthly basis. This card has a $1000 limit while the lowest limit I have on any other card is $7500? This is a card through my Bank . Also unfortunately if I cancel your card it will HURT MY CREDIT SCORE . The entire credit rating system is a joke and YOUR COMPANY TAKES IT TO THE EXTREME. BTW my business refuses to take Amex and will continue.
