Horrible website customer service, cumbersome builder, false 7/24 hour customer service claim. If there is a problem with the customer service and you ask for a supervisor the customer service "care" person will tell you that they have escalated the situation to " the appropriate person" so that they personally don't have to do anything.Unless you are a person who likes to read hundreds (no exaggeration) of pages of instruction, hours of watching videos and search through other topic tutorials that will take most of your time just to locate...then squarespace.com is for you!Totally agree with what is said once you buy you will wait days to have the problem taking care of, if ever, from Squarespace customer service. They ignore the emails.Very beautiful templates but behind the façade there are inept and limited if any customer service people that will be able to resolve issues. That is if they answer the emails that you have sent them.Update. Finally bought a website after customer service inproved. I did a trial and found a completely different attitude. They have worked at bringing thier customer service on point. I would recomend using them now. Just understand it is not for beginners. They are more for a midlevel design ability level. But they are patient if it is pointed out to them that help is needed beyond the tuitorials and must be explained.
