I purchased a DLC with a game I played on PlayStation, but nowhere in the description did it say the DLC was VR. I had to research why I couldn’t play the game online to discover that it was a VR dlc. I had to wait an hour to speak to chat support and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I had downloaded it and the agent refused to escalate it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. These are expensive games, and if PlayStation isn’t properly labelling the content, they should take responsibility for that. The agent didn’t even bother to check the PlayStation site to verify what I was saying. They just shut me down. Their inflexibility and poor customer service really make me rethink buying from PlayStation in the future.
