This is my fourth time (4 times). Trying to connect a Playstation store agent in Indonesia for a DLC refund (DLC installed but does not work). I got this message when trying to chat: “I'm sorry, it seems we're experiencing high wait times for our Support Agents at this time; in order to more effectively assist you please try again later.”I am very disappointed with their customer service availability and Sony Playstation Store’s queuing system. Hey Sony, you got my money for a DLC that does not work!
