i signed up with Get Response to send out my blog posts using my subscriber's list. I sent out one email with my list and I received an email from Get Response that they were shutting down my account for investigation due to abnormally high negative metrics (such as spam complaints, bounces and/or unsubscribes). I emailed them back right away, but they didn't respond until more than 24 hours later. Interesting how quickly they shut down my account but took so long to reply. They asked a bunch of questions about my list, and told them I was migrating my list from another platform I was using. They reviewed it again and said they were still terminating my account. I asked them for a refund, and they refused. I feel ripped off, since I can't use their service, I should be refunded. I went to another reputable service, Feedblitz, and it accepted my mailing list and I already did my first mailing.

I think the free lichess.org gives a more honest experience of online Chess although the grading system is a bit high. On Chess.com it seems way too low. I am afraid it has to be true there are loads of cheaters on Chess.com because often there is very little difference between a lower rated player and a higher rated player. They show zero understanding of the Opening and somehow later on pull a rabbit out of the hat. No doubt this cheating culture creates a sense of paranoia that everyone is a cheat and there will be false accusations of cheating. Chess.com from the other reviews only have themselves to blame for this. If my online grandmaster coach says the site is full of cheaters then I have no reason to disbelieve him. Another bad sign is it is almost impossible to find a player who wants more than 30 minutes each on the clock which suggests they are not serious about learning Chess but how to cheat effectively.

What kind of moral judgement did you expect from Tim Davie (CBE) regarding the Huw Edwards debacle. He went to private school, Cambridge University, joined two of the most ruthless corporations on the planet in Proctor&Gamble and PepsiCo before becoming Tory Councillor. I’d almost forgive him if he’d spent Huw’s wages on decent coverage of the olympics (or employed a decent sound engineer for the athletics).

Deliveries are rubbish!!!It clearly says " round the back" and they take a picture of a bin ( not mine) then leave it there, not at my back door!So so angry about this, ringing on a regular basis. If the driver can't read English they clearly should not be in this job or even driving. I'm fuming.2 weeks ago I was away and they dumped parcels ( 3) somewhere .....not the back door and they all went missing. !!!! Yes, they refund, but I need this stuff which is why I pay for PRIME!! My backdoor has a camera on it so soon as a delivery comes if I'm away I get it collected by my neighbour. I'm fuming and I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Avoid£200 for a pair of headphones with a shelf life of less than 18 months. I bought RPT-01 Headphone due to their sleek look. The parts are cheap (recycled plastic) and they are now unfunctional and won't even power on? These headphones were sold to me as being solar powered so to have an issue which results in them being unable to power is very strange. Poor aftercare I go to adidasheadphones.com they offer a chat service that isn't even manned where you just sit in a queue waiting with no response. Very telling on the website they have a guarantee published advising customers they will replace items that develop faults it seems this is something they are aware of and now the £200 headphones they sell today for £70 on their site, terrible service avoid go to Sennhaiser instead.

I got a code to get 3 months of Disney from Tescos. The code didn't work because I already have an account with Disney.I talked with one the their customer services team. They fixed the issue after 4-5 days and now I can use the code.One thing that is pretty bad with their webchat system is that there is no option to email a transcript of the conversation. I was told that it would be emailed to me but I have not got it yet.

My experience is generally very good, however there are a couple of irritations:1/ (The main one, is) headlines not linking to the correct story - this absolutely drives me round the bend sometimes!2/ Recall of earlier stories - either ones that I have already read, or ones that I intended to catch up with later, but can't find again when I look for them.3/ Poor English (creeping Americanis/zations) - for goodness sake get your reporters to use a UK English spell checker and UK English grammar!A T Busby

This is my fourth time (4 times). Trying to connect a Playstation store agent in Indonesia for a DLC refund (DLC installed but does not work). I got this message when trying to chat: “I'm sorry, it seems we're experiencing high wait times for our Support Agents at this time; in order to more effectively assist you please try again later.”I am very disappointed with their customer service availability and Sony Playstation Store’s queuing system. Hey Sony, you got my money for a DLC that does not work!
