Wanting to change my PSN ID. First attempt I thought I had it. Didn’t work. Several more phone calls. Security issue, can’t tell me what, made a suggestion, they can’t do that. They tried to phone me twice, picked up silence on the end. The only answer I finally got was to create another account.
