BUYER BEWARE

Customer service ....if you manage to get through on the web chat after waiting 2 hours because you are number 36 in the que...is pathetic . I ordered a PS5 controller in November kept checking the tracking after 19 days it said parcel lost contact customer service , well the phone number dosnt work after putting in your order number it says to add the £ key? Really on a phone key paid, dosnt give you an option to hold for an advisor just cuts you off. 2 hours waiting for a web chat and they try saying item was delivered, I pointed out tracking said it wasn't even sent and was lost before dispatch...they escalate the case, will hear in 48 hrs.....that came and went, tried webchat again, same answer, its escalated will hear in 48 hrs, its a busy time. Tried again 4 days later...same story, this time it will be 48hrs, they marked it as urgent....same urgent the other 2 market it at. I asked for a direct email, phone number, call back etc...told them about the phone line asking for £ key ....no response to that question.....they can't even send a replacement or refund....escalations must do an investigation etc etc. DO NOT BUY DIRECT , infact dont buy anything playstation , it's a money grabbing multi billion pound company that doesn't care about the customers only the customers £
