Absolutely awful. PlayStation = scummy company

Absolutely awful. They are impossible to contact. Every single time I try and call it says they are busy. Their number is hard to find in the first place, I could only locate it in a WikiHow article on how to contact customer support.I also can’t contact anyone via their chat service, it says literally every time that they are too busy.My PS Plus extra membership got charged for a whole other year, I try to contact them two days after to reverse it because I had no idea it was renewing. No one answers. Okay, let’s see if canceling it allows it to be refunded, or at least prorated for the 360 days left. No, you can only cancel the renewal for next year.And all I can do is leave this review that probably no one will say. I hate, hate, hate PlayStation as a company now and think they’re a scummy company for doing this.
