Absolutely awful. PlayStation = scummy company

Absolutely awful. They are impossible to contact. Every single time I try and call it says they are busy. Their number is hard to find in the first place, I could only locate it in a WikiHow article on how to contact customer support.I also can’t contact anyone via their chat service, it says literally every time that they are too busy.My PS Plus extra membership got charged for a whole other year, I try to contact them two days after to reverse it because I had no idea it was renewing. No one answers. Okay, let’s see if canceling it allows it to be refunded, or at least prorated for the 360 days left. No, you can only cancel the renewal for next year.And all I can do is leave this review that probably no one will say. I hate, hate, hate PlayStation as a company now and think they’re a scummy company for doing this.

Spotify is the best app I have ever…

Spotify is the best app I have ever had. It used to be the the one I would cancel when times were tough, as I considered it a luxury. But, having given Amazon a try, as a Prime Member, looked into Apple Music, etc... Spotify is a priority. Even though life has changed & I’m not allowed to listen to music in my current job, it’s worth every penny.

Medium is bad

Even if the huge pop-up that takes up almost the whole screen tells you clearly that you can read premium articles when you subscribe, people will close it immediately as soon as they begin reading an interesting article. Afterwards, in the middle of the article, just when you're about to reach the good part, it asks you to sign in to continue reading. It literally says this:The author made this story available to Medium members only. If you’re new to Medium, create a new account to read this story on us.This misleads people into thinking that once they create a free account, they can continue reading. However, they'll find out that they still can't read unless they begin purchasing a monthly subscription. This happened to me once, but it was in a date that I can't set older than a year ago.

thanks for a great experience!I have to admit I understand a bit about these things, since I'm a programmer myself.at the beginning of my unaffiliated business career, I kept building my own sites and changing my domain names quite a lot. today I got an email about one of my old domains, and I contacted the domain.com support center to make sure I understand what's going on.not only was ganavi, the support person I got extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but she was also polite and patient! and she also explained to me how to find out which domains are associated with me and why my current domain isn't actually registered as mine. so in the future I will know how to figure out my stuff, faster and without being dependent on other people.I also know now, that if I want my own domain, I should purchase it directly and not through site building companies like wordpress and wix!

They are thieves!

They are thieves and give an horrendous service to the customers! Be aware that if you buy outside the UK through the website, you’re going to have problems with this company. I made two purchases, unfortunately, they cancelled several items that I pay for and still I’m waiting for them to pay my money back. Besides this, I bought a product that costed 22€ and the send the smaller version which costed 13€. I ask for the money that they own me back and a person said that that it’s not possible! Also if you want to return the product you have to pay the delivery fee when it’s not your fault! Don’t buy here!!!

They cheap as their services... Never again

We work few month with it, using pro version, until new update out. After updating it show white screen on analytic board and AI seo and blog post SEO doesn't appear. Connecting with support few times, we did everything they told, but the same result and then they again tell to us did the script things we did... disappointed, asked money back because we don't get any services they sell

Not sure what Hulu has done with their…

Not sure what Hulu has done with their algorithms but it used to show my favorites automatically. Now it’s like they don’t want me to have access to anything I like to watch consistently. I have to search for every thing I want to watch. For example wanted to watch the new SNL and it would only play prior episodes. Had to switch to my husband’s profile to get the new SNL to play. So messed up and seriously thinking about canceling Hulu because the it’s like it’s purposely hiding anything I like to watch.

While the platform is attractive, my favorite part is the customer service at Help Scout. I could not say enough great things about the care provided by the support team and our incredible account rep, Sewar Nasser. Great customer service is hard to find and Help Scout raises the bar.
