I have been using PlayStation for years bought the ps2 ps3 and ps4. I'm pissed I have not used a console for 18 months and decided today I would hook it up and play! lord and behold nope! Can not sign in and the Agent could not help me. Said i could not provide enough information even though I gave him the online id the serial number email ect ect. so i guess i will not be buying a PlayStation 5 and goodbye PlayStation because i will no longer use your product you thief's! Bought way too many games to be complacent about this.
