Greedy and shady. As many people have written here, created a survey on the free subscription. Started well then hit the 40 responses limit (which was not clear from the start) and they held all the data ransom. They pester you everywhere trying to make you pay $$$ to see your results etc. Way too expensive for what it is. Scummy tactics. If they changed their business model to pay per survey it would be ok.
