Was charged for 2 years even though I canceled 3 or 4 days after signing up once it was apparent that this was not fit for purpose. The account was set up March 2017 and the last time I logged in was the same month assuming that the request made via there email support page was actioned.I did try and ask for a refund for the 2 years and they refused on T&C's ground as below.Hi Paul,Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer you a full or partial refund per our policy on non-refundable feesHowever, I can absolutely provide you with the steps you need to login to the account!
