I had a bill I was unaware of they always billed me with a paper bill and decided to bill me on my phone instead, not knowing I received a bill in the mail from a collection agency and they were charging me late fees my credit score went from excellent to low good they ruined my credit score for a measly $35.00 with there added late fees $160.00 I cut up my credit card with them and will never use them again watch them closely.
