After the maintenance done by Teachable last week, the creator and the students cannot access the school and courses at all for 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. I have sent request tickets everyday to seek help but I received no replies from Teachable. I am a paid-plan user but I am not using those most expensive plans, I cannot use the livechat service and all I can do is sending request tickets and keep waiting...All the users are FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED, I do not know what to do. Can any Teachable staffs please reply me and suggest what I can do?
