No way to reach support as a student concerning REFUNDLogged into my account and clicking Help it shows me a page "You can't do that". I already contacted the school few days ago, they answered promptly that they don't care about the 30 day money return policy from teachable and they are not going to return any money, so I thought I reach out to teachable's customer support.. which apparently doesn't exist.. Totally disappointed.. For everyone, be super careful if you want to purchase a course via Teachable, be ready to say goodbye to the money if you don't like the course.. I gave up on my course on the second day.. and I want my money back.. and if the school doesn't respect the policy (in my case).. no customer support will be there to help you..
