The Telegraph emailed me to say their annual subscription will review next month at a massive increase to £269. I am in Thailand and do not want the high cost of a call to their helpline for them to try to persuade me to stay with them but the website cancellation process does not work and complaining to their ‘customer services’ doesn’t work either. This shines a very bad light on The Telegraph and needs fixing quickly. I notice that The Telegraph have not replied to any of these trustpilot reviews which speaks volumes about their lack of care for their customers.
