I just wanted to come on here and write a positive review given how many negative ones there are. My subscription autorenewed yesterday for the year taking £269 out of my account. I had missed the reminder email for this and I panicked as I can't currently afford this. I called them just now before 9am on a Saturday morning, they answered immediately and I spoke to a really helpful lady who was more than happy to refund the full amount and cancel my subscription as I was in the cooling off period. No questions asked. Really helpful - thanks Telegraph
