So disappointed in Adidas

So disappointed in Adidas Bought adidas gear online and the size didn’t fit, I returned it for an exchange and they didn’t send another one.Waited a month and Called customer service and the support agent advised me to cancel the order to get a refund and order again because the exchange was stuck in the system even though they received the items. Refund too is not coming, I called customer service again like 3 times and they keep saying refund will come in 3-5 business days. It is 4 months now and nothing, 260$ gone

My Mum taught me to read

My Mum taught me to read, using the Mirror before I started school aged 5. In my mid- 70s now I stayed faithful, throughout my adult life, reading the paper in my lunch breaks at work. After retirement, when Covid struck I switched to the online version, Apple iPad, as the queue outside the local shop was long and slow. However, four of my favourite columnists (including Dr Miriam Stoppard) , were removed without warning early in this year. So, I cancelled my subscription and wrote and explained why. It just wasn’t the same any more.

AAA is absolutely horrible

AAA is absolutely horrible. My husband waited over 3 hours several times and they even canceled on him and came the following day. What is worse, one of the drivers told him he is not coming in his truck and its raining outside. He told him get an uber and this happened on 05/16/2024. Been waiting since 3 pm and a driver arrived after 7pm. If I could give them a negative 0 I would!

I just wanted to come on here and write a positive review given how many negative ones there are. My subscription autorenewed yesterday for the year taking £269 out of my account. I had missed the reminder email for this and I panicked as I can't currently afford this. I called them just now before 9am on a Saturday morning, they answered immediately and I spoke to a really helpful lady who was more than happy to refund the full amount and cancel my subscription as I was in the cooling off period. No questions asked. Really helpful - thanks Telegraph

The last time I went to Target

The last time I went to Target was about 6 years ago and I have not returned. I go in on a Saturday morning and there are 2 registers open with enormous lines and many employees walking around doing nothing. I had to wait in line for a long time due to incompetent management that doesn't get it. The customer is the priority. Get their money quickly and provide excellent service.

Customer service & refund policy is a joke!!

Customer service & refund policy is a joke. Ordered MK1 Premium Edition, nothing on their store indicates that the DLC is a staggered launch with dates. I asked for a refund in the price difference between premium and standard. Same response as others, once downloaded and installed no refunds. This is false advertising and in Canada protected by law. They disregard the fact that they can get in trouble under the Consumer Protection Act. As easy as the rep gave me the dates for release, they could update their website with the same info. Horrible service and will be taking this to the CPA for review. One last shady thing is that when you are done the chat it says that you can download the transcript of the conversation, when I clicked on end chat, it didn't allow, therefore hiding their tracks.

Review of economist

The auto renewal subscription is a joke

I'm the same as everyone else. I thought the chance of getting 12 Economist issues for £12 was too good to be true and I was right. I was charged £44 with no prior warning or notification that my subscription would be auto-renewed. Also, I made my subscription through telephone and told the Economist employee to ensure that my subscription would end after the inital 12 issues however was still charged with no option to end. The website is slow and has no clear icon or button to end a subscription. I urge anyone thinking about getting a promo from them to not. It's not worth it.

Ich habe den Standard früher gerne gelesen, aber seit dem Krieg im Gaza habe ich den Eindruck, dass der Standard das israelische Propagandaorgan ist und das dementsprechende Forum vor Rassismus gegen muslimische Menschen strotzt. Nicht ohne die Nebenwirkung Übelkeit lesbar. Aber vielleicht sind die österreichischen Zeitungen alle so. Ich habe mein Abo gekündigt und zahle dafür gerne ein Abo der Haaretz um in Israel unabhängige Berichterstattung zu unterstützen.
