I'm pretty sure the way business is being conducted at this organization is illegal. Sophisticated theft when it comes to customers cancelling their subscriptions without them honoring it. Not to mention, they make it deliberately nearly impossible to cancel a subscription or to talk to a customer service representative. They need to be closed down ! Avoid with all your existence!
