I have been on hold for an hour waiting…

I have been on hold for an hour waiting for a Telstra person to answer, during which time I have had to listen to the absolutely irritating so-called music that Telstra tortures its customers with when they are on hold.. This is after I had to provide my birthdate, receive a texted pin, etc. I think Telstra treats its customers with contempt and as a reward, I am going to end my service with Telstra - irrevocably, when someone finally decided to answer. Rubbish, arrogant company.
