If you are using Telstra for your email then I GUARANTEE you are missing legitimate email. Their spam blockers are blocking entire top level domains. If you don't know what that means, it's the equivalent of me blocking all email from the whole of Australia. This will mean that their customers will not be receiving many, many emails that they should be.
