I bought an power bank using reward point and cash in my previous service with Telstra on Nov 15th 2023 but I haven't received it until today Jan 5th 2024. The Telstra Plus team kept promising and asking me to contact them again 4 times plus so many other separate occasions I have contacted them via phone/chat/store visits but they still haven't resolved and didn't want to provide any replacement for me to use for my work during the waiting period.
