Wow I wishI could give a negative score. Sadly THE ONLY service we get here on the Gold Coast is Telstra for the time being and I would rather use two tin cans and some string, it would be more reliable. Had a technician booked today, didnt come, didnt bother calling to say they werent coming, just had to ring after being on hold for nearly an hour for them to say..... oh yeah, te tech had to re schedule until next Tuesday.Um I am losing $400 a day not being able to work and my step daughterhas Ye 12 exams at the moment.They could care less. I don't think you could get any wors eservice than these bafoons. As soon as I can leave, good riddance. How you arent broke is beyond me.
