I’d like to give 0 stars. My bigpond email account failed whilst overseas in July. Since my return, 3 weeks unable to access my bigpond email. Numerous phone calls, absolutely hopeless. Such dreadful customer service. Telstra are closing down bigpond next year and clearly don’t want to provide any service.
