Booked a night in fiji three months in advance. The week before we leave, we were informed our booking was canceled. Customer service was no help and had to book another place on my own. Do NOT use this company or the same will probably happen to you....
Review of aaa
I've had AAA homeowner's insurance (bundled with auto) for several years in Florida. This year they increased my premium for renewal by a ridiculous amount. I can say that AAA Road Service has always provided great service - I've been a member since the 1970's. But because they raised my homeowner's cost so much, I looked elsewhere for that before renewing. I purchased a homeowner's policy from a different provider at a much better rate. As part of the application process, I stated that I had no claims in the past 5 years. Three weeks later I received a cancellation notice from my new insurer due to an "undisclosed previous claim." I protested with the insurance company but they refused to budge. I called AAA to get confirmation that I had made no claims. The "customer service" person Mike - using the term customer service lightly here - said I have a claim. I said no, he said "yes you do." No, I don't. "Yes you do." Every time I asked him something he just said "you have a claim." He was very short and confrontational. He didn't offer what the claim was, or any information about it, or offer to help me investigate it. Just repeated "you have a claim." Rude guy. Finally, I got out of him what the claim was - a golf ball through my window. One of my neighbors had told me that since a window was broken, I would have to replace all the windows in the house to comply with the current code. I called AAA to ask about this. They said no, that wasn't accurate. OK, thank you, and I hung up. Didn't give it another thought. I finally got out of Mike that AAA had made a claim on my policy for a broken window. " I never made a claim for a broken window" I said. "You have a claim," Mike said. AAA had created a claim on my policy because of my making a phone call and asking a question! I asked Mike to send a copy of the claim to my email. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor. Mike said all the supervisors were on the phone. I said I'll wait. "You can't do that". Why? "I can't have my line tied up with you on hold that long." Mike said he'll go and find a supervisor and have him call me. And he would email me a copy of the claim. He never did either. A week later, I called the same customer service number. Mike answered. Without bringing up the previous call, I asked him to send me a copy of the claim, and a copy of the Loss History Report, which would show that the claim in question was for zero dollars. He said he would. Of course he didn't. The fact that "Mike" answered both times I called tells me that "Mike" was sitting in his kitchen taking calls for AAA. There were no supervisors busy on the phone. There was no one in a cubicle next to Mike who could hear the way he talks to customers. There was no "this call may be monitored for quality assurance." The annual premium for the new policy I took out was $1300 less that what AAA was quoting me to renew. Three weeks later, that insurer cancelled me due to the fact there was a claim on my AAA policy. Within days my excellent credit rating tanked. Banks lowered my credit limit on credit cards and increased the interest rate. I had to make numerous calls to my credit card lenders. Write letters to the lenders. Create disputes. I had to send dispute letters to the three credit unions, signature/return receipt, at $10 each. And now, after days and days of searching, researching, and phone calls, I've found ONE insurer that will insure me with both a claim and a cancellation on my record - at an astronomical price that I wouldn't pay even if I could afford it. AAA doing this has cost me lots of money, lots of time and lots of effort. It will take a very long time to build my credit score back up to the "excellent" rating I had. I will pay more for credit for a very long time going forward. I cannot just erase my homeowner's insurance claim and cancellation history. THANK YOU AAA for screwing me over. THANK YOU MIKE for your gruff demeanor and lack of even minimal effort to assist a AAA customer. In case you would like some of this abuse for yourself, you can get in touch with "Mike" at 888-929-4222. He'll make your day.

Review of lyft
I have been driving rideshare on and off for four years, including five months with Lyft. On June 25th, I called them after working for four hours and making only $20 ($5/hr). They informed me about their commitment program, which was no help. The next day, I was online for two hours without receiving any rides. On June 27th, despite high demand around 2:30 PM, I still didn't get any rides. When I called Lyft, they initially said my region was Columbus, GA (I live in the Atlanta Metro area), but corrected it to Atlanta. However, the issue persisted. I spoke with five representatives and two supervisors, none of whom could resolve the problem. One even suggested I contact my phone company, which I did, to no avail. They kept insisting my account was in good standing, which can't be true because I've never gone eight hours online without a single ride. It feels like they've either frozen me out or there's an issue with their algorithm. I'm currently renting a car through Lyft Express. On June 28th, despite assurances it would be fixed, I was told if I couldn't cover the rental cost due to lack of rides, they'd deduct it from my deposit. This is extremely unfair, as the only reason I can't make payments is because I'm not getting any rides.

Awful app, crap settings and features. Tried multiple things to add an instagram link to my bio and the options in 'edit profile' changed every time like it was luck of the draw what options i had available. I have connected my instagram on my other account which also doesnt show the option in settings so i wouldnt even be able to unlink it if i wanted to. So many people seem to have had a variation of this problem and no one that i can find has ever found a rational solution which wasnt based off of pure luck

DO NOT USE TASKRABBIT for home delivery ! the QR code doesn’t work and there is ZERO customer service to help you sort home delivery once you are in store and paid for your items. We had to have our bulk items refunded to buy it online instead after we had made the journey and picked the items to arrange for delivery - delivery non existent if you live outside of a ‘catchment area’ despite us having had a delivery from IKEA previously. Absolute s*** show!

Review of 99designs
I used the Logo+Social pack to get a logo for a new project I am working for. This was my first experience with 99designs but I am extremely satisfied with the results. I got a great logo but most important I got a lot of options from many designers and this really helped me refine what I wanted. I do not think working with one designer could have ever given so many options. The process and site to support it is very well thought and works great. The designers are professionals and communication was super easy. Really enjoyed this!
Review of yoast
I love this plugin , which is a free version, for the way it has been working wonderfully till yesterday. But suddenly after updating to the latest version 24.3, it has vanished from the edit page ( when I created a blog post)Yesterday after updating other plugins along with Yoast, this was noticed. For a few minutes one by one I deactivated plugins to see where lies the conflict. With that I deactivated for a few minutes Yoast also and then activated it. I don't know whether this could be the reason for the Yoast not showing up in the edit page. How can this be resolved.
