Don’t trust anything Temu says when ordering items there sizing is incorrect and when you ask for a refund they offer you other alternatives such as a very small refund and a discount to use and it says with no minimum spend so you commit to that and you then waive the rights to a refund. When you go to spend the voucher in my case £10 they tell you at checkout you need to spend a minimum of £15 actual spend so with the voucher they tell you total must come to £25 so they get another £15 out of you a total con.The quality of the items shirts in this case were poor and I cannot wear them as they are far too large due to their inaccurate sizing guide.DON’T touch Temu if you want inferior products, constant promotional games pinging on your phone and a dodgy refund policy trying to stop you returning items for your money back.
