ULEZ charge is a legalised scam, got a newer car because my perfectly good car would have cost me £12.50 a day, I checked TFL'S website showed the newer car is exempt from this tax, I changed number plate now the same car is not exempt, DVLA records used by these clowns is correct but TFL got it wrong so I have to prove they are wrong by sending them documents, I was told by an advisor if I did receive a penalty charge for the compliant vehicle I should pay it and then apply for a refund which is ridiculous.
