They have received documentation for me cancelling the subscription, however, they whant me to take contact to the ITnues Robot-support to get refund...! ULEZ charge is a legalised scam, got a newer car because my perfectly good car would have cost me £12.50 a day, I checked TFL'S website showed the newer car is exempt from this tax, I changed number plate now the same car is not exempt, DVLA records used by these clowns is correct but TFL got it wrong so I have to prove they are wrong by sending them documents, I was told by an advisor if I did receive a penalty charge for the compliant vehicle I should pay it and then apply for a refund which is ridiculous.

They literally will not allow you to buy a printer without enrolling in their Instant Ink subscription service. When you buy a printer from them these days, they deliberately mail it to you without the setup cartridges you need to make the printer work with regular ink cartridges. When you call up to inquire about the missing cartridges, they play dumb and refuse to send you anything except Instant Ink cartridges. That way you're forced to set up your printer with Instant Ink and subscribe to the monthly service. I will never buy an HP printer again. I shouldn't be forced to pay monthly just to use my printer, but after 6 weeks of arguing on the phone and having to deal with them pretending not know what "setup cartridges" are, they just wore me down. I just wanted it to work and would’ve paid anything. They count on that.

Customer service is nonexistent. Complete failure all the way through the process with a multitude of issues. No remorse or concern for the customers inconvenience and surprised that you get frustrated after being in the phone for 4 hours and still do not have a resolution.
