We had to go to London for a Hospital appointment, We had to pay C & Ulez Charge as our car does not meet standard, £30 total - We payed within the three days as stated. Following week we get fines! We phone on loaded ££ phone number with receipt numbers and we are told to appeal. GREAT SYSTEM Mr Khan!!!!
