Dreadful service. I had a card clash and tried to get a refund online, but they only offered half the money back. So I emailed, and emailed and emailed. Six emails later they are still asking me to register the card so they can proceed. The card was registered before I made the refund request. Just the same excuse to avoid refunding people. This is now 2 weeks and no refund or progress. Where do I go from here?
