Good customer service

Purchased a Pro-Ject turntable and it arrived with a damaged dust cover, believed to have been caused when the box was inspected by customs. Whilst it took some time, Thomann didn’t quibble over replacing the damaged part and their customer support team were efficient in keeping me updated with the process, so with my experience I’d be very happy to buy from the company again.
