I recommend that you don't use Deezer nor buy a subscription from Deezer unless you have enough money to not worry about if your money gets stolen, either. Because Deezer stopped caring about quality and reliable customer support service. People have had their money stolen from Deezer. Quality from Deezer is decreasing because it's getting harder to find songs that are truly lossless when Deezer is replacing lossless music with lossy MP3 songs that are disguised as lossless. Lyrics are not always accurate from songs on Deezer, which is why I know there are incompetent employees who work at Deezer. Good luck trying to reset your password because Deezer has made it harder for you to get you back into your Deezer account now. You might as well tell your bank to prevent Deezer from taking your money in case you can't get into your Deezer account because the customer support service on Deezer sucks sometimes. Deezer's customer support service website is not privacy friendly because you have to have to use certain I.P. addresses, internet browsers, and internet browser settings to get Deezer's customer support service website to let you be able to talk to Deezer employees on the Deezer customer support service website. Which is why you would have to use the email option to get your problem solved on Deezer if you want Deezer to mind its own business. Also, the people who upload lossless music on Deezer's system do not carefully rip C.D.s sometimes to make sure their songs are accurate.

Your recent review on Mr Rob Jarrett was so misleading. This man and his company, The Resort Group, have systematically robbed thousands of investors of their savings and pensions. I hope the reporter was given a good backhander from him or at least an all expenses paid holiday. He is using the locals as slave labour and rules over them like a despot. Trying to find out when my delivery will be... Online they finally told me (after forty minutes of communication) that they cannot look up orders made instore; I need to call the store. I did that; the lady transferred me and then I spoke to someone who had no idea why I had been transferred to her. She gave me a number to call. It was the same number I had called in the first place!!! Absolute joke! Every time I order from them it is so chaotic, but they have no real competition for a lot of things so that is why they can keep going.

Avoid booking air tickets via Agoda unless the price is really much lower, compared to the airline website itself.Most airlines provide some sort of refunds (eg airport security tax) for no show but it's almost impossible to get it via Agoda as they'll tell you the booking is via a 3rd party agent.However, you would have managed to get the refund (eg airport security tax) if you have booked the tickets directly via the airline website.

This is a deliberate move by TripAdvisor and unacceptable for such a company.

My wife likes to stop at the Kroger store when she is picking up a few items. I refuse to do a full shopping there. The store does not haveenough handicapped parking places so we always have to park in place where I have trouble getting her out of the car. She is in a wheelchair and I have a very hard time getting her out of the car when we are not in a handicap spot.Then, when you get inside, the aisles are so narrow you cannot go down the aisle if someone else is going the other way.Now, the prices are too high, the customer service sucks, and I get angry everytime we come here.I Kroger's, a store I used to love. Now, however, Kroger's sucks!

Call their support line to move a person out of one room and so I can book that person with another person, in a new room that we are going to get. The Person who work with me on the phone didn't mention that if doing any change will effect the other peoples who is in the old room. After doing the change all of our discount stuff we got where all remove and refunded. Try to have them revered it back and after waiting for Three hours on hold they told me that they will call me back after reviewing it. No call back and so I have to call them back the follow day. They again put me on hold and say they where going to call me back, I insisted that I want to talk to a Supervisor after being put on hold for hours. Was able to talk to the Supervisor after waiting for a hour and all the supervisor say was "it unfortunately but there's nothing we can do, other then giving you $50 credit on the cruise". After being frustrated and wasting my time being on hold, there was nothing they can help with me. So now we have to pay full price for all the stuff that we already got for a deal. Frist and last time we are going with Royal Caribbean, one of the worst customer service I have ever deal with. For any one who going to make change on their cruise, I recommend not to do so or they will screw you over and say "it unfortunately but there's nothing we can do, other then giving you $50 credit on the cruise".
