Great customer service!

I have been a Thomann customer for many years, and the customer service is always great. They act quickly whether it is with a new order or with service/returns/etc.. and are always available to help in case you need input or ideas in terms of gear. Recently I had an issue with a cymbal that arrived in less than ideal conditions, and through emails and phone calls, the team at Thomann was very attentive and were able to quickly find a solution for me. Haris H. was the one who took care of the issue in this specific instance. Very helpful, 5 stars.
