Customer received the item damage and complain to me, I ask the customer complain to customer service because it was because logistics issue.Who know customer direct return back to me.I try to appeal but failed.I find agent who call Aziella,One of the reason is She said because of the return parcel is different with send parcelAnother reason is because of bubble wrap not enough and I show her my product already wrap full bubble and also product external box also wrap full bubble wrap😅😅Really disappointed
