I was encouraged to apply for a TSC credit card due to the number of times I frequent the store and amount I spend. I applied on Nov. 8th and still never received my card by Nov. 21st and received no bill. I tried to contact Citibank as I was told by the TSC rep and it has been a nightmare. You can't actually talk to a person. They won't let you speak to a customer rep and if you do get ahold of one they transfer you (hang up) on you! I tried calling back several times and get the all of our reps are busy right now ...I AM CALLING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND WILL NEVER SHOP AT TRACTOR SUPPPLY AGAIN!!!
