This review is about Uber customer support. I have searched their website for a contact email, however only one I found was related to business account. I used it to send in a complaint about unsafe driver but, they simply replied with indication that it wasn't correct email address and sent me a link which was about as useful as ejector seat on a helicopter. Their website is not very user friendly and I found whole process of searching very frustrating. I hope they can get their act together and improve website as current set up is a total joke.
