Let's see, I used their service for almost two years with 150 rides and 50 uber eat deliveries. I was not pleased with prices or wait times for an uber ride but it worked. Yet, the deal breaker was the glitch in their software that had me at a different location for a delivery. I cancelled the delivery and was charged $20 dollars even though it was their system which chose the delivery location instead of my home. They should have a review when a new address is used for a delivery. Anyway, customer service was BS not recognizing that their system made the error. I mean over 150 deliveries to the same address then one is completely different but they still claim it was my responsibility. It sure is my responsibility to drop UBER and pick up Lyft. Bye, bye UBER
