Terrible.I paid for express shipping for 5 products and only one arrived on time.The others arrived 6 days late.When I called the call center, they didn't give me an answer. They said they would call me later, but the call never happened.Very bad, because they don't offer any compensation for the error.

Update: March 10. I bought a used guitar four days ago and found that it hasn't even reached UPS yet. The congratulations from GC at the time of purchase and the deduction from my PayPal shows it was a real order. I've received sincere emails from GC but no actual service. I hope this fourth attempt to get a purchased item is just simply late.This is the last time I'll attempt an order if this one becomes the third purchase cancelled this month, not counting the DOA amp I was just sold.

bought the insurance to cover for cancellation its got so many clauses and they need evidence for everything even a copy of a death certificate if a famliy member dies lower than lownever agin will i stoop so low and book any event whith these low life !!!!!!

Very bad experience (and expensive!). Firstly, they did not recommend the best material when asked, only after I did much research myself could I ascertain the best material for printing. Next, they messed up my order, and tried to blame me! They kept saying it was my fault, when clearly my order showed the correct models in the little pictures. Customer service were no help whatsoever. There must be a better printing service out there!

Kickstarter will not take responsibility for anything. Once they receive their cut out of hosting a project, they do not care what happens to the project and if backers will actually get their product. Great idea to get innovation going but terrible people if they are going to let scammers use their platform without recourse. Do not waste your time backing projects, if you don’t get scammed the first time, you will the second.

Pros:1. No nonsense website, easily laid out.2. Very competitive prices, beats even Amazon! 3. Customer service very efficient, very helpful4. Extremely professional and courteous sales staff5. Default 3-year warranty and a reasonable discount on bulk purchases is a nice touch.6. Returns are a breeze. In many shops you gotta pay for it but not with Thomann.Cons:1. Wish they had a warehouse in the UK to speed-up delivery. ( #brexitsucks )2. Now I am just being picky, but I wish if they also carry 'Microtech Gefell' microphones.
