Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. They give you no opportunity to actually have a conversation, they respond their copy pasted responses and disappear. Our food arrived wrong once. Then the re order was cold. They gave us $5 bucks for it. No thanks. I wanted to talk to an actual human who cares, but this is not it. Get some better customer service, or do you not care actually about customer experience? You can afford not to.
