I have recently had an order that was awaiting a courier to collect for over an hour before cancelling my order. Before my order was cancelled i reached out to the customer support who refused to acknowledge i even had an order on my account and asked me to contact them from the correct account. The account i was contacting them on was the correct and only account i had for the service. I then explained this to the support and provided information on the order and they repeated the same message again and force closed the chat without any further questions. I then selected the issue was not resolved and the following agent left the messages on read for over 7 minutes with no response or no message at all. This issue remained unresolved and the store itself ended the order with no assistance whatsoever from Uber Eats support. Due to the negative experience with this company as this was not the first time, i have ended my Uber one subscription as the customer support does not help with issues.
