Bought a NEW phone. Opened the package and tried to charge it, defective. They want to charge me $55 to replace it. The first phone was suppose to be brand new and not broken! Why should I be charged to replace a phone when I never received what I was promised, a new working phone. I have been with this company for many years, but this is the last straw.

would not even rate 1 star but had to . i ordered a radio yesterday and i have just recieved my order the following day . opened it up and it is a bottle to urinate in for disabled people. absolutely bizarre and i am totally fuming and upset especially as my husband has recently had a stroke and we recieve these from the hospital. will not be using amazon ever again and will not advise anyone else to either . totally disgusted

The gov.uk is a really useful tool for finding out what you need to know about anything government related. It used to be really had to find what you wanted as each government agency had its own website, but since they've launched this it's been a really comprehensive guide to identifying the things you need to know and who to contact. I'm liking the new DVLA online services such as changing address and taxing a car. It used to be an absolute pain to do any of these things!

Tried to take out a new subscription on offer (logged into existing account as instructed) but each time the system reports technical difficulties or payment issues. Carefully read all FAQs, resorted to contacting by telephone only to be simply cut off along every avenue tried.Appalling system!Having now read other reviews about cancelling, I’m glad my sign up failed!

They are scamming their customers. They sell lifetime licenses for a product that breaks and doesn't work after a while. Then you are forced to either pay to update, or throw your paid software and license in the trash can.I bought Parallels Desktop 17 "1-time" license in 2022.It's early 2025 and it stopped working. Windows won't install. The "automatic download" OS images don't appear. It claims I'm not connected to the internet (I obviously am). The technical support system is grayed out, can't contact them for technical issues.It's unfortunate, because their app (when working) is not bad at all. But to be fair, there are free alternatives just as good.

Our visit to Croome Court and Worcestershire on 7th May was wonderful. Not our 1st vist but the first for 6 years and the staff and volunteers could not have been more friendly and helpful with lots of interesting knowledge. The cafe food was excellent and great value served by friendly and helpful staff.Well worth a visit plus an excellent RAF museum again with friendly and knowledgeable volunteers with an interesting story to tell of the use of Croome during the last world war.

I have all in one plan with 2 printer, something went wrong with both of them, they sent me 2 refurbish printer and they also both do not work because the people you can call 24/7 are not trained properly and they have no clue what there doing, before they sent me those new printers, they had to register them in all in one plan and they did not do this, so now I was force to cancel my subscription and pay the cancellation fee + my monthly payment for a total of $ 308.00 and then I will have to try to be paid back by Hp because it was 100 % their fault and in the meantime I have a deadline with my job to finish all my copies I need, but I do not have a copy machine that works and when you call those people across the world they do not have the proper training, so when they have enough, they just hang up on you after you’ve been on the phone with them for 2 hours! And they rarely send you the ink on time, you have to call them to remind them that you are running out! I regr soooo much getting involve with this ink plan! It’s been quit a nightmare!

I opened my Coinbase account with an email address that is corrupted. I cannot get into the account using that email address.I gave another email and have been going back and forth with them and keep getting asked to log into account and use help from there. I cannot do then. Then am asked for phone number that I opened the account with. Was told it was found but then asked to log into the account and use help from the account. There is no live support.My account does not have much in it but I want to close it out but cannot do that because I keep going back and forth with a BOT.Totally useless!Responding to Coinbase response in this thread because the was not option to response to their response:Coinbase responded to this reviews saying they sent information and asked me to respond. No email was received at my valid email address. Where was the information sent?

I have a great professor, but this course is trash. Images in the reading are so blurry you can't see them. The SAM assignments will take points off even if you've done things exactly as required. The exams do the same. The slightest trigger and they mark the question incorrect. Tech support sucks, they're arrogant and point you to your professor. I've worked with Microsoft business products since 1991, at home and professionally. I know exactly how to use their software, and even doing things as they suggest will get you a wrong answer. Avoid this system if you can. If you can't, good luck.

As stated about two weeks ago, my subscription included the driver update as part of the premium subscription, but sadly my email has nor been answered, or the driver update has not been included in the deal. If you want to obtain good reviews please listed to your customers. As a result of no changes, I find it difficult to renewing my subscription, which is pity.
