We did not receive our restaurant order at the expected time and had even paid an additional amount to have the food delivered quickly. Apparently, the driver delivered our food to another address on another street. The driver never contacted us. We ended up going to another restaurant late in the evening when we realized our food was not going to arrive. We have followed up with Uber Eats and Uber Eats agents admitted the driver did not follow guidelines. However, they refuse to reimburse us according to our method of payment. Despite our severe inconvenience and wanting nothing to do with Uber Eats in the future, they will only “reimburse” in Uber Cash. They cite technical issues preventing them from reimbursing our method of payment (5 different agents by chat and phone). We want our money back and do not want anything further to do with this deceitful company.
