My account got hacked again no surprise Ubisoft are just slow, I opened 5 cases in total and gave them proof it's my account and I have ABSOLUTELY no access to it but the funny thing is when I talk to the bot it keeps trying to send verification link to a email that's the hackers and when I bluntly tell them I have no access they close the case???!What the hell is this I had I similar problem with EA and Steam and they literally helped me in just a day no going around in circles like with Ubisoft.Sad thing is last year Ubisoft wasn't this bad they helped me get my account back with the same process like this but for some reason God knows why it's terrible this time around and I really don't wanna lose access to my account I spend money and like everyone else you'd feel bumbed.Ubisoft needs to do better
