Overall, I had relatively good experience with UBS until I closed my account. In particular, they still have 200CHF on my prepaid card, which I have no way of retrieving now. They closed the card without transferring the funds, I can't transfer the funds myself, because the account is closed and the e-banking clerk who made the mistake during closing the account, refuses to help me fix it.He asks me to contact another department, that only responds with same automated email, which tells me to write to the e-banking clerk in case of problems with prepaid cards i.e a circular dependency.
