The most unpolite store I have ever been ! Avoid it ! Go to Sephora ! The staff is not prepare to treat well a client even if the client has a diamond fidelity status ! The store I went in the Loop in Orlando is really a problem for the brand ULTA … the manager (Michelle) is aggressive and don’ know how to address herself to customers ! Ulta lost a client , and a good one by the way ! t
