I was pleasantly surprised to order shampoo and actually have it sent to me. I love a company that actually does what it should by providing excellent service for payment. Rare these days!I had attempted to obtain a similar item from House of Beauty 8/5/2022 and I am still awaiting a response from them. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint division of the Federal Government regarding it.
