The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I placed an order and immediately realized I had put in the wrong shipping address and there was no option to change it OR to cancel the order. I called a service rep and they told me they would send my order to the right address and send me a confirmation which never came. I then called again and they told me they would cancel my order with a confirmation which again I never received. I reached out 6+ times and have received a different answer every time. One told me they couldn’t do anything, another said they would cancel it, the other said they would change the address, one said it was already delivered, etc. None of them gave me the same answer and they refused to give my money back. I have shopped here for years and have always been satisfied until now. I can say I will never ever be buying from this joke of an establishment again. The customer service is just horrific.
